Students! You have TWO CHANCES TO WIN a FREE

For your 1st chance, simply fill out and submit the
Pre-Summit Survey as part of the
Latino Youth Summit registration process.
The first winner will be chosen from the surveys received and
announced at the Latino Youth Summit opening ceremonies on
October 16! You must be present at the summit when your
name is called to win.
For your 2nd chance, complete and submit the Post-Summit
Survey immediately following the Latino Youth Summit. The
survey will be in your registration packets during the summit
and should be submitted prior to the end of the summit on
October 16 (OR submitted ONLINE until October 23, 2009).
The winner will be randomly selected among the post summit
surveys.
The second winner will be randomly selected and notified
about their new computer in late October.
The raffle prize
is based on electronic and hard copy evaluations received and
must be linked to a registered Latino Youth Summit participant.
One chance per survey. All decisions are final.
