Healthy Lifestyles
Your physical and mental health are important to a
successful future in school, work and building healthy
relationships. These workshops are designed with teens in mind
for living a healthy and happy life.
Leadership
These workshops discuss those leadership skills buried in
all of you. How you can draw on your own skills to become a
stronger leader in your community, in your social circle, your
